A Voluntary Accidental Insurance Plan through Humana offers coverage for accidents, injuries, ambulance services, and accidental death in addition to your primary medical insurance. It's also available to your spouse and children, so it's a plan that can protect your whole family.
With Humana's Critical Illness and cancer plans, you'll receive a benefit after a serious illness or condition, such as a heart attack, stroke, coronary artery disease, or if cancer is diagnosed. All benefit payments are made directly to you, allowing you to spend it however you see fit.

St. Juste offers eligible employees the option to enroll in Dental Insurance with Assurant Health. There are 2 optional plans available for you to pick from. With both plans, you have the option to use any dentist that you choose.
St. Juste offers eligible employees the option to enroll in Vision Insurance through Avesis. Be sure to check with Avesis before making your doctors appointment to confirm that the doctor is an in-network Avesis provider.
St. Juste offers eligible employees the option to choose between 2 Medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Be sure to check with your physician to make sure he/she is a participating provider to lower your out of pocket costs.

St. Juste offers eligible employees the option to enroll in Long Term Disability with Assurant Health. Benefits will pay you up to 60% of your earnings after you are disabled for 3 months.
